Our newest green investment option

Have you heard about MMFA’s newest investment pool for the Moravian Common Fund? This is our sixth pool or allocation and our second in the Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) category. ESG allocations invest in companies that:

  • have a low carbon footprint
  • follow best practices in hiring and treat employees fairly

An incredible first Day of Giving

We are grateful for the many people who contributed to a remarkable first ever Moravian Day of Giving on February 16. Moravian agencies and churches received over 200 gifts on that day — 70 of which came from first-time users of MMFA’s Giving Portal. This exceeded our previous record for the most gifts processed on a single day by 25%. Donor Advised Fund Helps Spaugh Family See Hope in Sadness

In the fourth quarter of 2017, the Moravian Ministries Foundation in America (MMFA) will launch a new Donor Advised Fund (DAF). The Board of MMFA hopes that this new fund encourages giving in new and exciting ways.
